Specially designed for pumping specific products, including viscous products. With its industrial design and absence of any dead volume, it can pump and dose products with a viscosity of 3,500 cP and meets the specific requirements of food type applications. Guaranteeing a dosing accuracy of ±1%, even at low pressure, and a controlled life cycle cost (service lives in excess of 20 years have been recorded), the MAXROY® is the ideal pump for numerous dosing operations.

  • Internal safety valve operating in the oil, protecting the pump against overpressure, in particular if there is a blockage in the suction or discharge tubing or accidental closing of the valves.
  • Diaphragm can be re-used (single diaphragm)
  • Maintenance is easy and does not require any special tools
  • Flow rate: 16 l/h to 1,110 l/h (stroke at 100% – 50 Hz)
  • Maximum pressure: 28 bar
  • Maximum temperature of pumped fluids: +90°C
  • Available liquid ends: 316L stainless steel, PVC, PVDF, Hastelloy C276, 904L or 304L
  • Adjustment while running or stopped, from 0 to 100% of nominal flow rate
  • Accurate to within ± 1% – API 675 compliant
  • Internal safety valve, set in standard version, optionally adjustable
  • Single or double diaphragm
  • Diaphragm service life can be in excess of 20,000 hours, depending on the type of product pumped, the service conditions and the installation
